    It is very unfortunate to see a park meant for children being used by high school students in such a horrible manner. I believe maybe if the city were to renovate the park and residents took more pride in maintaining the park it may help give the park a facelift.

    I wonder if one possible solution to this issue is to renovate the current park into more of a generic benches-and-tables meetup spot - to almost leave it as it is so it can work as a sort of quarantine for the more unsavory drug-using types - and to implement an extremely bright-coloured, emphatically-for-kids park to deter would-be "cool kids."

If we're planning on allowing the use of cell-phones in high-school classrooms , teachers might as well just get used to that.
